How do I download and install the Zumba app?
Search "Zumba" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), download the app for free, and sign in or create your Zumba account to get started. You can also get the app by clicking here to go to the Zumba App on your app store.
What does the Zumba app offer?
Staying consistent with fitness is hard - Zumba makes it easy. With on-demand classes you can do anywhere, progress tracking to keep you motivated, and local classes when you want the energy of a live crowd, the app fits your life instead of the other way around.
How much does the Zumba app cost?
Pricing for the Zumba app is tailored by region. You can explore all available subscription plans directly within the app or by visiting here.
What is Zumba Virtual+?
Zumba Virtual+ is our premium subscription that gives you unlimited access to the full library of on-demand dance fitness classes, available anytime, anywhere, across all your devices.
What content can I expect on Zumba Virtual+?
With Virtual+, you get access to hundreds of dance fitness classes across styles and energy levels - from classic Zumba® to strength, mobility, and more. New content is added weekly so there's always something fresh to move to.
How do I subscribe to Zumba Virtual+?
You can subscribe to the Zumba App here, or open the Zumba app, tap "Subscribe" and choose the plan that works best for you. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, App Store, Google Play.
Which devices can I use to do the classes in Zumba Virtual+?
You can stream classes on iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and directly on your TV via the Zumba TV app. You can also cast from your mobile device to your TV - see the casting question below for details. Or, you can access Zumba Virtual+ Content from any desktop or laptop at https://web.zumba.app, using your same app credentials.
How do I cast from my phone to my TV?
The Zumba app supports casting to Chromecast, AirPlay (Apple TV), and Amazon Fire TV. Simply tap the cast icon within the app and select your device. You can also download the Zumba TV app directly on compatible smart TVs and devices:
  • Amazon: Fire TV, Mobile/Tablet
  • Apple: iOS, tvOS
  • Google Play: Android, Android TV, Panasonic, Philips, Sharp, Sony, TCL
  • LG: WebOS
  • Microsoft: Xbox

Can I change plans for my Zumba Virtual+ subscription?
Yes - you can upgrade or change your plan at any time through your account settings in the app or at zumba.com. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How can I cancel my Virtual+ subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your account settings on zumba.com, or directly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) subscription management, depending on where you subscribed. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Once I cancel my Zumba Virtual+ subscription, when do I lose access to the content?
You'll keep full access to Virtual+ content until the end of your current paid billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
How do I find a local Zumba instructor through the app?
Tap the "In Person" section in the app and enter your location to discover in-person Zumba classes and certified instructors near you.
Are in-person classes included in the Zumba Virtual+ subscription?
No - Virtual+ covers on-demand digital content only. In-person classes are offered independently by local certified instructors and are priced separately.
I can't find any in-person classes near me.
Class availability depends on certified instructors in your area. If nothing shows up nearby, Virtual+ is a great way to keep dancing from home - and new instructors are joining the Zumba Instructor Network all the time, so check back regularly.
Can I get a refund for Virtual+?
All Virtual+ purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're experiencing an issue with your subscription, please contact our support team at zumbaapp@zumba.com and we'll do our best to help.
As a Zumba instructor (ZIN or SYNC member), do I need to pay for the Zumba Virtual+ subscription?
No - Virtual+ is included as part of your active ZIN or SYNC membership at no extra cost. Log in with your ZIN/SYNC credentials to access all content.
What happens if I prepaid for Virtual+ and then became a ZIN or SYNC member before my prepaid period ends?
Your prepaid subscription will remain active until the end of the period you paid for. Once it expires, your ZIN/SYNC membership will automatically cover your Virtual+ access at no additional charge.
How do I contact customer support if I encounter issues with the app?
Visit zumba.com/support or use the "Help" section within the app, or email at: zumbaapp@zumba.com, to reach our customer support team. We're here to help.
Is the app available in multiple languages and regions?
Yes - the Zumba app is available globally and supports English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese.
As a ZIN/SYNC member, how do I log in to the app to receive my free subscription?
Download the Zumba app and log in using your ZIN/SYNC credentials. Your Virtual+ access will be automatically applied - no separate subscription needed.
Would the Zumba App work on my tablet?
Yes! The Zumba app is now fully optimized for tablets on both iPad and Android. Enjoy your favorite classes on a bigger screen for an even more immersive experience.
How do I connect my Apple Watch or Wear OS watch to the app?
Open the Zumba app and go to Settings, then tap "Health App." For Apple Watch, make sure the Zumba app is installed on your watch via the App Store. For Wear OS, install the Zumba app from the Google Play Store on your watch. Once connected, your workout stats will sync automatically after each class.
Is the Zumba App eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement?
Yes! We've partnered with TrueMed to make the Zumba App eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). To qualify, you may need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your healthcare provider.

TrueMed makes this process simple. Click here to access the LMN form and instructions. Once you have the completed letter, you can submit it along with your reimbursement request to your HSA/FSA administrator.
