What does the Zumba app offer?
Enjoy a vast variety of different formats of on-demand Zumba classes by top instructors, and other types of workouts (Strenghts training, HIIT and Mobility). The App will also help you find an in person class near you and connect with a local instructor. You'll also be able to track your activity and monitor your progress.

Zumba Virtual+ is the name of the paid subscription that provides full access to the vast variety of on-demand content.

What is the price of Zumba Virtual+?
We currently have 2 offers available, $19.99 a month (cancel at any time) and $14.92 a month if you prepay for a year ($179). There is a 25% in savings if you choose the yearly plan. * prices and payment plans are subject to change.

How do I subscribe to Zumba Virtual+?

Which devices can I use to do the classes in Zumba Virtual+?

How do I cast from the phone to my TV?
Ensure Compatibility: Make sure your phone and TV support casting, and both are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

TV Input: Switch your TV to the appropriate HDMI input where your casting device is connected.

Phone Settings:
On Android: Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the Quick Settings menu. Tap "Cast" or "Screen Mirroring," then select your TV from the list.

On iPhone: Swipe down from the upper right corner (or from the bottom for older models) to access Control Center. Tap "Screen Mirroring" and select your TV.

Confirm Connection: Your phone's screen should now be mirrored or cast to the TV. You can click on the casting icon on the bottom right of the video and the content will appear on the TV.

To Stop Casting: Return to your phone's casting or screen mirroring settings and disconnect from the TV.
Can I change plans for my Zumba Virtual+ Subscription?
You can change your payment plan at any point. This means that if you signed up for the monthly subscription you can change to the yearly and get the savings. If you prepaid for the 6 months or 12 months plan, we can't process a refund but you can select a new payment plan that will be applied your the next billing cycle.

How can I cancel my Virtual+ subscription?
If you subscribed through the web you can manage your subscription in zumba.com using the same login information as the app. If you subscribed through the Zumba App, you'll need to manage your subscription in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Visit the App stores and under your account, you can manage the subscription.
Once I cancel my Zumba Virtual+ subscription when do I lose access to the content?
If you decide to cancel your Zumba Virtual+ Subscription your access will remain active until the next billing cycle but you'll lose access once the time of your next payment is due.
How do I find a local Zumba instructor through the app?
Once you download the Zumba App, you'll be able to find in person classes that are happening near you and connect with local instructors. First step is to download and after navigate to the area that says in person. Make sure you enable access to your location through the phone.
Are in-person classes included in the Zumba Virtual+ subscription?
No, the susbcription is ONLY for the Zumba Virtual+ content that is in the app. All other classes including in person and virtual classes that are taught by local instructors need to be paid directly to them or the facilities where they teach.
I can't find any in person classes near me?
It is possible that there are currently no Zumba classes in your area, you can increase the results by changing the radius by changing the distance in the filter section. Remember to keep checking as there are new classes added on an ongoing basis.

Can I get a refund for Virtual+?
You can cancel the Virtual+ subscription at any point but we are unable to refund any monthly or yearly fees that happened before the suscription got canceled
As a Zumba instructor (ZIN or SYNC member), do I need to pay for the Zumba Virtual+ subscription?
If you are a ZIN or SYNC member in good standing, the Virtual+ subscription is included as part of your benefits at no additional cost. You must use the same email address you use for your ZIN and/or SYNC membership.
What happens if I prepaid for the Zumba Virtual+ subscription and I became an instructor (ZIN and/or SYNC member) before the expiration of the period I prepaid for?
Normally we are unable to process refunds for the Zumba Virtual+ subscription but please contact us at zumbaapp@zumba.com if your prepaid for the subscription and recently became a Zumba instructor (ZIN and/or SYNC member).
How do I contact customer support if I encounter issues with the app?
Please send an email to zumbaapp@zumba.com and expect a response in the next 72 hours.
Is the app available in multiple languages/regions?
Currently the App is available globally in English. (*some exceptions apply)
As a ZIN/SYNC Member, how do I log on to the app to receive my free subscription?
Make sure you log in using your ZIN™ or SYNC credentials so you can take advantage of Zumba Virtual+ for free. If you first open ZIN™ Play, SYNC Go, or ClassBuzz™, and then open the Zumba App, the App will recognize your ZIN™ or SYNC credentials.
Will I be notified before my credit card is charged? (for yearly subscriptions)
No, but you can manage your subscription through the web or app stores anytime.
Would the Zumba App work on my tablet?
Currently the App is not optimized to provide a good experience on tablet. As an alternative you can access the content through TV apps or casting from your mobile phone.
