ZIN™ Digital Content Platforms

As a ZIN™ Member, you gain access to an ecosystem of digital tools designed to power every class you teach. ZIN™ Now is the members-only digital platform where all your music, choreography, and educational videos live, all accessible directly through ZIN Home. Think of it as your instructor content library — a constantly updated resource that gives you everything you need to plan, prep, and teach, all in one place. 

Music and choreography can each be downloaded once per device for offline use, with unlimited streaming available across devices. Specialty music and choreography are also available on ZIN™ Now.

ZIN Play App

The ZIN Play App, completely free for every ZIN™ Member, brings your music and choreography to class. This app is available on iOS and Android phones and lets you:

• Build and save custom playlists from your library. iOS users can add from iTunes or Apple Music and Android users can access locally saved music.
• Fine-tune songs with sound effects, crossfade, trimming, and speed adjustments.
• Switch to offline mode so class plays without interruption — no Wi-Fi required.
• Sync favorites between ZIN Now and the app automatically.

Marketing Your Classes With ClassBuzz

ClassBuzz is the ZIN™ exclusive mobile app built to help instructors promote their classes with confidence. Available on iOS and Android at no added cost, it gives ZIN™ Members access to custom-designed templates and Zumba-branded content, such as images, videos, logos, and stickers ready to personalize and post. 

Instructors holding Specialty Licenses unlock additional content specific to their programs. Finished posts can be saved directly to your device or shared to social channels in just a few taps, and your full post history stays organized in the app for easy editing and resharing. 

If you put your ZIN™ account on hold, your content is preserved and restored when your membership reactivates. Ending your membership means losing access to ClassBuzz and the content in it.

Teaching Virtually With Zumba®

Zumba® gives instructors the tools to take classes fully online. The Zoom Add-On integrates directly with the Zumba class management platform. 

The Add-On includes:

• Unlimited group and one-on-one meetings
• Screen sharing, breakout rooms, virtual backgrounds, and waiting rooms
• Sessions up to 90 minutes, with 15-minute buffers before and after

Use the add-on to teach other fitness formats beyond Zumba and cancel it any time through Customer Care. Instructors who prefer not to upgrade can continue using Zoom Basic by manually entering their Zoom URL when posting classes. 

Managing Classes and Events

Over 15 million students are taking Zumba classes weekly worldwide. To acquire students, ZIN™ Members can list all class formats, from Zumba Gold® and Aqua Zumba® to Zumba® Kids and Zumba Sentao®, and customize each post with dance level, workout intensity, and music flair. Dance Level refers to choreography complexity, ranging from entry level for beginners to all levels for classes with more advanced steps. 

Workout level reflects physical intensity — low, medium, or high. Together, these details help students find the class that is right for them. You can organize recurring sessions into Active Class Groups, eliminating the need to create individual daily listings. Keeping listings updated every six months ensures they remain verified and searchable.

Payments and Format Options

For class payments, you can connect PayPal for direct online transactions or select the "Other" option to accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App, providing students with a Class Code after payment. If you teach the same session in-person and online, you can create two separate listings — one in-person and one Zoom — so students can choose their preferred format.

Hosting Events

When it is time to host an event, you can choose from Master Classes, Multiday Events, and Zumbathon® charity events. Event submissions are reviewed within 72 hours, and you should plan to submit the event at least 30 days in advance. Ticket payments flow directly to you via PayPal with no commission taken by Zumba®, and you can create listings in multiple languages to reach a global audience. 

If the Zumba® trademark appears in your event name, no other fitness programs or unassociated products may be included, and ZIN™ Members may not create Zumba® branded merchandise to sell at events. Every ticket includes a unique QR code that coordinators can scan using free mobile apps to verify and check in attendees.
