Descripción  Come and dance your cares away with our 2 hour Zumba fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association Aloha Chapter! Music and dance are exceptionally beneficial for Alzheimer's patients, in fact beneficial for everyone. It offers ways to reduce agitation, improve mood, and enhance cognitive function. Not to mention a fun way to get your cardio exercise! So come on down and let's party!
