General Information

Zumba Fitness, LLC accepts returns for any reason of all merchandise (excluding accessories, 12 pack tees and gift cards) purchased on the official websitezumba.com, within 30 days of the original order delivery date and provides a full refund in the amount of the merchandise purchase price, if conditions are met. Accessories are considered to be any items, other than DVD sets and product bundles, that cannot be worn as tops, bottoms, or footwear, including, but not limited to bracelets, headbands, Toning Sticks, Zumba Rizers™, socks, and flip flops. Free return shipping of one single package will be provided by us for each order. Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days of the original order delivery date. We will not provide exchanges of any non-defective merchandise.

Final sale items are not returnable. Final sale items are all discounted items, or bundles purchased during the days of our annual promotional campaigns. Campaigns include, but are not limited to: Love Flash Sale, Summer Sale, Black Friday, BOGO's or any Bundle days.

Eligible Returns

To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the returned item(s) (excluding accessories, 12 pack tees and gift cards) must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order delivery date and mailed to us and must meet the conditions listed herein. Our packaged DVD sets (e.g., the Zumba® Exhilarate™ Body Shaping System DVD collection) and product bundles are returnable only if all original contents (e.g., all DVDs, Exhilarate™ DVD collection program guide and two Toning Sticks) are returned in their original packaging. Zumba® Wear Bundles can be returned as a whole, partial returns on bundles cannot be accepted. For all other purchases, merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells and include original tags, if applicable. Item(s) returned due to possibledefects, are subject to verification. If the returned item(s) does not meet any of the abovementioned criteria or is determined to not be defective, it is not eligible for a refund. We will send an email within 30 days to the email address provided on the original order with the option of returning the product(s) at the customer's expense.

Free Return Shipping*

The prepaid return shipping label we provide is the only free shipping service available from us. If an alternate shipping method is chosen to return merchandise, this is at the customer’s own expense. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain the correct mailing address and retain proper tracking information. A free shipping label is available for shipping addresses (obtained from the original order) residing in the following locations: Continental USA, Hawaii and Alaska. Please keep in mind military addresses and all other locations not indicated previously are not eligible for the free return label. Military address returns are eligible for a refund of the return shipping cost. Please contact Customer Care for further details on military address returns. Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to place any returns in the mail. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Please notethat only one free shipping return label will be issued per order. Additional returns for the same order are at the customer’s expense and follow the same terms listed previously. We reserve the right to limit returns and are not responsible for any return packages not received.

Refunds

Purchases not made directly on zumba.com are not eligible for a refund. This includes third party purchases, which are not limited to but include purchases made at the Zumba® Instructor Convention, any trade shows, purchases from a Zumba Education Specialist® or other distributors, retailers or resellers. Returns from third parties will not be processed by us and must be addressed in accordance with the return policies of the third-party vendor. If the order was purchased from us using a credit card, a refund will be issued to the account used for that particular purchase. If the order was purchased using a Zumba Gift Card, a refund will be issued in the form of a replacement gift card. If your order was purchased using a combination of credit card and Zumba Gift Card, a refund will be issued to the credit card up to the amount paid via credit card and any additional amount will be refunded in the form of a replacement gift card. For any of the following reasons, refunds will be processed by physical check sent to your address on file: credit card number no longer valid, credit card number changed since the time of the original purchase, or if the transaction is more than six months old. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of our receipt of the return.

Denied Returns

If the returned item is deemed to not meet the abovementioned criteria, we will contact the customer by email within 30 days of our receipt of the return. At which time, the customer will have the option to the shipping cost to mail the item(s) back or forfeit the item(s). Instructions will be provided in the email on how to pay the shipping cost. After 30 days of no response to our initial email, the return will be automatically deemed as forfeited. Packages will be shipped to the original shipping address on the order unless otherwise provided. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the returned package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the shipping carrier. By using our return shipping label you are thereby agreeing with the aforementioned policy. *

This Return Policy applies to all items bought online at zumba.com/shop in the EU. Nothing in this Return Policy shall affect your statutory rights.

General Information

We accept returns for any reason of all eligible merchandise (see below) purchased on the official website, zumba.com, within the time periods specified below and provides a full refund in the amount of the merchandise purchase price, if conditions are met. We do not provide exchanges of any merchandise.

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return eligible product(s) within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery without giving reason, as long as the products are: (1) not used in any way, (2) in their original packaging, (3) in resellable, undamaged condition, and (4) complete. Do not remove any tags or labels when you try on our products. We do not accept returned items unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned after the thirty (30) day period or that are not in the same condition you received them. Statutory Cancellation/Withdrawal Right

We respect the European Distance Selling Regulations, which grant customers in Europe a right to withdraw from an online purchase, for any or no reason, within fourteen (14) days after the day the item has been delivered. You can return all or part of the order. For orders delivered in more than one shipment, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within fourteen (14) days after the day the last item has been delivered to you. You must communicate your withdrawal to us by clicking here no later than the respective withdrawal deadline described under this paragraph. The returned item(s) must be unused, undamaged, complete and in the original packaging. In order to receive a full refund, the return must be postmarked and sent to us within fourteen (14) days of your notice of withdrawal.

Once we have received the returned item(s) or have received evidence of you having sent back the item, we will refund the purchase price for the item(s) as well as the initial shipment charge, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. In the event the credit or debit card used for your purchase is no longer valid at the time of refund or your refund cannot be applied to the method of payment used for your purchase, refunds shall be provided by wire transfer to wire transfer information you provide to us. In addition to the refund amount, as required under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, we shall also pay for any applicable wire transfer fees your bank may charge you to receive refunds by wire transfers. As a result, we cannot issue a refund by wire transfer until you provide the appropriate wire transfer information to us as well as official documentation from your respective bank detailing such wire transfer fees. We are not responsible for reimbursement of any bank fees you might have incurred for your initial payment to us.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned shipment. It is highly recommended that you use a return shipping method which provides a tracking number. We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned item back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the item, whichever is the earliest.

Refund Policy

Products must be verified by us before the refund can be issued. All refunds will be in the same manner as the original method of payment, except as provided below. Refund times depend on the payment method used when placing the order. We will refund the purchase price as soon as reasonably possible within the statutory deadline. However, please be aware that the speed of the funds appearing in your accounts depends solely on your card issuer and may vary. The refund will include the cost of the returned goods. In the case of defective goods and faulty deliveries, or if you have chosen to exercise your cancellation right, the refund will also include your original delivery fee. If your order was purchased using a credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit or debit card account used for that particular purchase. In the event the credit or debit card used for your purchase is no longer valid at the time of refund or your refund cannot be applied to the method of payment used for your purchase, refunds shall be provided by wire transfer to wire transfer information you provide to us.

Returning Defective Or Non-Conforming Items

You can return products purchased on zumba.com if they are defective, faulty, or not in conformity with your order. We must be notified within thirty (30) days of your receipt of any discrepancy with your order. Upon returning an item, please indicate the reason for your return and a description of the defect. Justified defective or faulty items will be fully reimbursed, including the shipment charges. If you believe that the products received are defective, faulty, or not in conformity with your order, please contact Customer Care to arrange a return under this paragraph.

Eligible Returns

  • To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the returned item(s) must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of receipt and must meet the conditions listed.
  • Due to the intimate nature of earrings and undergarments, these items are not eligible for return. Accessories are only eligible for return under your Statutory Cancellation/Withdrawal Right. Otherwise, accessories are not eligible for return.
  • Any packaged DVD Set is returnable only if all original contents are returned in the original packaging. For example, our packaged Exhilarate™ DVD set must be returned with all DVDs, Exhilarate™ DVD collection program guide and two Toning Sticks.
  • For all other purchases, merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
  • Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification. If the returned item(s) does not meet any of the above-mentioned criteria or is determined to not be defective, it is not eligible for a refund.

We recommend you send your return using a secure or traceable method – such as Recorded/Special Delivery – and that you retain your proof of postage. We cannot refund orders if we do not have proof of receipt of the package.

Denied Returns

If the returned item is deemed to not meet the above-mentioned criteria, the customer will be contacted via email within thirty (30) days of receipt of the return. At that time, the customer will have the option to pay the standard rate for the shipping cost to send the item(s) back or forfeit the item(s). Instructions will be provided in the email on how to pay the shipping cost. After thirty (30) days of no response to our initial email, the return will be automatically deemed as forfeited. If the customer elects to pay the return shipping cost, packages will be shipped to the original shipping address on the order unless otherwise provided. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the returned package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the shipping carrier.
