GIFT CARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FOR UNITED STATES


By using your Zumba.com gift card, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, so we recommend you read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by United States law.

PURCHASING A GIFT CARD

You can purchase gift cards online at Zumba.com in the United States. Gift cards are only redeemable for merchandise on Zumba.com in the United States.

Gift cards purchased on Zumba.com will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.

REDEEMING A GIFT CARD

You can use your gift card online on Zumba.com in the United States only. You cannot exchange your gift card balance for cash or use the balance of the gift card to purchase another gift card.

Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

EXPIRY

Your Zumba.com gift card will not expire or decrease in value if unused.

MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS

The total order value for products purchased online with a gift card includes (i) the price of the product(s); (ii) sales tax, where applicable; and (iii) delivery charges, where applicable. If the order total is more than the balance on your gift card, the remaining sum must be paid for by another accepted payment method or another gift card. The gift card balance will immediately be reduced following purchase.

CANCELLATION

Gift cards can’t be returned or canceled after purchase.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED GIFT CARDS

We cannot replace your Zumba.com gift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. We are not responsible for any balance lost on a Zumba.com gift card as a result of theft or fraud.

ZUMBA RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Zumba expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies.

By using your Zumba.com gift card, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, so we recommend you read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of your country of residence.

PURCHASING A GIFT CARD

You can purchase gift cards online at Zumba.com in Euros in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, and Spain.

You can purchase gift cards online at Zumba.com in British Pounds in the United Kingdom.

Gift cards purchased on Zumba.com will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.

REDEEMING A GIFT CARD

If you purchased your gift card online on Zumba.com in the United Kingdom, you can only use your gift card online on Zumba.com in the United Kingdom shop. If you purchased your gift card online on Zumba.com in any of the other countries listed above (i.e., you paid for your gift card in Euros), you can use your gift card online on Zumba.com in any of those countries. THE GIFT CARD MUST BE REDEEMED IN THE SAME CURRENCY IN WHICH IT WAS PURCHASED. You cannot exchange your gift card balance for cash or use the balance of the gift card to purchase another gift card.

REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH A GIFT CARD

If you return a product originally purchased with a gift card, any refund due to you will be returned to you via a new gift card. If you return a product originally purchased with multiple gift cards, the total refund due will be returned to you via a new gift card. If you return a product originally purchased with multiple payment methods, any refund due will first be refunded to the payment method(s) used for the original transaction (e.g. credit card, debit card or PayPal account) up to the original amount due to that payment method, following which the remaining balance of any refund will be transferred to a new gift card.

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your Zumba.com gift card within 14 working days of receipt provided you have not used the gift card. In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount of the gift card to the original payment method used during ordering within 30 days of cancellation.
