Hello! I'm Amy Szczechowicz, and I live in NH. I've been a ZIN™ Member since May 2015 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. I am a Full-time Psychotherapist. I have been working in the
mental health field for over 28 years helping people with a variety of difficulties including anxiety, self-esteem and depression. I understand about the mind/body
connection and how mental and physical health go hand-in-hand.
At 50 years old, I feel I am in the best shape of my life,
physically and mentally. I contribute a lot of this to discovering ZUMBA®
classes many years ago and falling in love with the community immediately. I became a ZUMBA® Instructor to become an integral
part of people's fitness experience. I want to spread more joy and empower
individuals to overcome mental challenges and achieve their physical goals. I am an ACE Personal Trainer and ACE Group Fitness Instructor. I am always striving to learn and grow😊 I hope to see you in class!! You will not regret it!!
