What to expect at your training
Each training is led by a Zumba Education Specialist (ZES) — an expert and passionate guide who lives and breathes this program. Your ZES will walk you through the core rhythms, the choreography foundations, the cueing techniques, and the confidence-building tools you need to own the front of the room. By the end, you won't just know the moves — you'll feel ready to inspire others with them.
We're hosting upcoming trainings right in Rock Hill, with additional options just up Interstate 77 in nearby Charlotte — an easy drive and a quick trip from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) if you're traveling in.
