My focus now is primarily on Zumba Gold®️ I absolutely love teaching this format that really is for all ages and abilities. Pre Covid, I taught  classes on the island & commuted to the mainland to teach Zumba Gold® & taught seated classes at an assisted living facility.   I have been teaching virtually on Zoom for almost two years & have so enjoyed keeping people moving from the safety of their own homes.  It has a sanity saver for so many, including myself!  I recently moved to Arizona for the winter for health reasons and taught in person classes in the Barrio de Tubac park.  You my return to Maine in May, I will resume in person classes on the island and on the mainland in Camden and Rockland but will also continue virtual classes at least twice a week.

 I am committed to bringing joy to others lives & my goal is always to keep my classes simple and FUN!!! Music is my passion & I strive to find music from around the world that gets everyone moving. I have been very active in the Gold ZIN community, encouraging & helping others. I served as a ZCOM (Zumba Community Council Member) for New England for 3 years.
