I have been a Fitness instructor for 25 years and a certified Personal Trainer for 22. I am always looking for ways for my clients to get their exercise but have fun doing it and Zumba fitness classes certainly qualify. Aqua Zumba takes all the fun of Zumba and puts it in a water environment where you have the extra resistance of water all around you allowing you bump up the intensity with no added stress to your joints. Another class with less stress to you joints is my Zumba Gold class, all the fun of a regular Zumba fitness class with none of the jumping.  I teach in person Zumba Gold classes and pre-recorded Zumba Gold classes. I also teach Chair Yoga at the LifeSpan Center in Coles county on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.
