We want you to be 100% satisfied.

At Zumba, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why, under our Return Policy, we accept returns for any reason of all merchandise (excluding accessories, all items with crystals from Swarovski®, 12 pack tees and gift cards) purchased on the official website, www.zumba.com, within 30 days of the original order delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, if conditions are met*. Accessories are considered to be any items, other than DVD sets, that cannot be worn as tops, bottoms or footwear, including but not limited to bracelets, headbands, Toning Sticks, Zumba Rizers™, socks and flip flops. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup or distinctive smells and include original tags, if applicable. Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification.

To return your merchandise...

If you are in the United States:

You will need to follow the steps below and return your merchandise through our online returns process. You'll also need your receipt with your order number. You will be able to view steps 1-4 as you complete your online transaction. Steps 5-6 will be printed on your Return Confirmation.

  1. Enter your order number as it appears on your receipt, and your 5 or 9-digit shipping postal code, and click Submit
  2. Select the main reason for your return and enter the quantity (per item) being returned.

  4. Print out your Return Confirmation and pre-paid FedEx return shipping label.
  5. Pack your return merchandise securely, place your completed Return Confirmation printout inside, and seal the package.
  6. Affix your return shipping label to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are visible.

If you are in Canada:

  1. Contact Customer Care by sending an email to Canadareturns@zumba.com.
  2. Your email should include the following information:
    1. Your Name
    2. Your Address
    3. Contact Information
    4. Your Order Number
    5. The items you are returning
  3. A Customer Care representative will respond to you with the address where you should send your return. Returns should be sent using a traceable shipment method to the address provided by Customer Care. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery to you, and the return items must be unused, undamaged, complete and in the original packaging. Your packing list should be included in the return shipment.
  4. You will be refunded the cost of the returned goods. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  5. Refund times shall not exceed 14 days from the day we receive all the items.
