Hello, I have been teaching exercise classes for over 20 years and more recently Zumba for over 5 years - I just love it and you will too! Come and give it a try, we are a very friendly class of ladies of all ages and abilities - there is no pressure, you just relax and enjoy dancing to the great music and get a great workout into the bargain. There are always intensity options given so you can workout at your own level and choose to work hard or low impact :-) ***We are starting back again after almost 6 months of lockdown and taking it outside to the park beside the Oldmeldrum golf club this first week, then after that we will be in the tennis court at 10am.
