Hello, I have been teaching exercise classes for over 20 years and more recently Zumba for over 5 years - I just love it and you will too! Come and give it a try, we are a very friendly class of ladies of all ages and abilities - there is no pressure, you just relax and enjoy dancing to the great music and get a great workout into the bargain.
