Join us in this late night Tuesday class for In-Shape gym members. It's the perfect de-stresser after a long day! All fitness and experience levels are welcomed. Follow my cues and you will feel successful in this class, whether you have never stepped foot in a Zumba® class or you have been attending them for years. I offer you an authentic Zumba® class, as invented by the creator, with 70 to 80% Latin rhythyms, and a flair of other amazing international rhythms, such as Bhangra, Dancehall and Pop. My #1 class rules are: SAFETY FIRST, and that my class time is a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE, so everyone gets to shine in their own unique way. I will be sure to keep you safe, with good posture, form, progressions, and modification options, so you can dial your intensity up or down as needed. Your class will ALWAYS include a proper warm up and proper cool down, as I am certified by AFAA®, and take the.importance of these concepts very seriously. My goal is to make your 55 minutes well spent. This is not a performance for me....this is YOUR CLASS....and my top priority is YOU and YOUR EXPERIENCE.
