Through a company I co-own, CS Dance Factory, I provide classes for 2-92yrs young in Zumba, Barre Strength & Stretch, Beginning Broadway Dance, Chair Exercise, Private First Dance Lessons, and Performing Arts through the City Recreation Departments in Newport Beach, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Tustin and Laguna Niguel, CA.  My specialty is working with the older population and with kids.  I am outgoing and caring, with an infectious and approachable personality.  We are like family now, with friendships outside of class, social networks and close bonds.  

CS Dance Factory's motto is MAKING FITNESS FUN FOR EVERYONE.  "I'm every woman" and want ALL to feel comfortable and welcome in our classes.  Everyone needs to move no matter what your shape or size!  The health benefits of exercise far exceed just weight management.  Dancing is great for you physically, mentally and emotionally.  It was been awe-inspiring to see our students doctors' notes taking them off osteoporosis medicine, high BP meds, diabetes meds, etc.   The most important step is the first one you make in the door!  Our goal is to make you smile while you move at your pace.  

I've been a ZIN™ Member since Nov 2008 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba® Toning, Zumba Gold®, Zumba Gold® Toning, Zumba® Kids & Kids Jr., and have a Fitness Specialist Certificate from OCC.  I was classically trained in my youth as a charter member of the Wooden Floor, then known as St. Joseph Ballet.  Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast!
