Descrizione  Free Zumba® GOLD Demo Class! All ages and fitness levels welcome!

I will be teaching a short breakdown of the moves that make up the four Key Zumba® dances, Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and Reggaeton... followed by a 30 minute mini Zumba® GOLD class! At the end of class I will also add a couple Zumba® songs to show you the difference between a Zumba® GOLD & a Zumba® class.
This free class is meant to help you decide which class you like best and determine our upcoming schedule, see you there!!
