At each training, you'll be guided by a Zumba Education Specialist (ZES) — an expert who lives and breathes the program and knows exactly how to help you find your rhythm, your confidence, and your voice at the front of the room. No dance experience required. You bring the willingness to move, and your ZES brings everything else.

We're bringing Zumba trainings right to your part of the tri-state area this fall. From the Life Time studio on West 23rd Street in Manhattan to nearby sessions in Edison and Clifton, New Jersey — all within easy reach via JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, or a quick ride on the MTA — there's an opportunity waiting close to home.
