Hello! I'm Christy Baas, co-owner of Vibe Fit Studio in Allen Park, MI. I became a fitness instructor 15 years ago and started teaching Zumba classes in 2008 after falling in love with Zumba at a fitness convention. One of the best parts of being a fitness instructor is helping people make life-changing, healthy improvements while having FUN!
