Description  Animal Friends of Barbour County, WV is a no-kill donation supported organization committed to giving cats and dogs a second chance at finding their 'forever home'. Please support our efforts to save these animals and give them a second chance. We will have a DJ, raffles, 50/50 drawing and giveaways! All participants will get a free T-shirt!
