Description  Windsor Area Recreation is hosting the event to support their programs and keep them affordable for residents, particularly children and youth. Proceeds will benefit children and youth who are recipients of scholarships when fees are not affordable by their families. Cost is $10 and paid at the door. Raffle prizes will be available for $1/ticket or $3 for 5 tickets.
