After our 1st BEFIT class on Monday March 17, 2014 we were so Thankful and Appreciative of all the Love & Support from everyone that the next day we called the class "Appreciation Tuesday" and offered it FREE to everyone. To this day you can take advantage of the FREE Appreciation Tuesday classes <3
