Description SERTOMA stands for SERvice TO MAnkind and Old Salem Sertoma (OSS) serves the speech & hearing impaired youth of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County by sponsoring a Summer Speech Program and a Summer Deaf Camp. OSS also makes annual monetary donations to Senior Services, Meals on Wheels and Christmas in July initiatives and the Deaf Christmas party for the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools
