Hi, I'm Natalie Cusat and I love Zumba! I've been attending Zumba classes since 2010, and licensed to teach since 2016. In addition to being a licensed Zumba and STRONG Nation Instructor, I am also an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Music & dancing have been important parts of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I loved to choreograph moves to songs and teach them to my friends, and then we would dance all together. Fast forward many years later, and here I am doing that very same thing! Everyone has their gateway into the fitness world, and Zumba was mine. I truly believe in Zumba and all it stands for - blending dancing with fitness - and I enjoy sharing that passion with those around me. The main reason I love Zumba is because you're actually having FUN while exercising, and the music & the moves make the time fly by so fast. Best part...you don't even have to know how to dance! Just move your body and follow my lead. Whether you're a veteran dancer or have 2 left feet, you'll be sure to take away something from my Zumba class, and leave feeling energized and invigorated, head to toe.
