- Learn how to teach the basic steps to the four Zumba® core rhythms: Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, and Reggaeton.
- Using the Zumba® formula, learn how to identify different parts of a song and apply the basic steps to build an effective Zumba class.
- Practice live with a Zumba Education Specialist to gain confidence to teach sooner.
- Receive your license to begin teaching Zumba® classes immediately.

Please note that due to supply chain limitations, only 1 lb toning sticks are available for purchase on Zumba.com. 2.5 lb toning sticks are no longer available for purchase. In case toning sticks are not available, the recommended substitutes are dumbbells of the same weight, but modifying the moves so participants do not shake the dumbbells. Instructors will learn about these modifications during the Instructor Training.

It is the responsibility of the individual to be informed of, comply with, or obtain any regulatory, tax, fitness or education requirements, qualifications, certifications or licenses needed to conduct business or teach Zumba® classes according to the laws and regulations where they conduct business or teach, or any requirements mandated by their employer.
