RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

By purchasing on our website and as further described in our Return Policy and subject to following the return instructions below, you benefit from:

  1. A 30-day satisfaction guaranteed or money back;
  2. A statutory cancellation/withdrawal right under the EU European Distance Selling Regulations;
  3. A 30-day return right for defective or non-conforming items (not precluding your statutory rights in case of defective or non-conforming items).

A. NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Contact Customer Care by sending an email to europereturns@zumba.com.
  2. Your email should include the following information:
    • Your Name
    • Your Address
    • Contact Information
    • Your Order Number
    • The items you are returning
  3. A Customer Care representative will respond to you with the address where you should send your return. Returns should be sent using a traceable shipment method to the address provided by Customer Care. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery to you, and the return items must be unused, undamaged, complete and in the original packaging. Your packing list should be included in the return shipment.
  4. You will be refunded the cost of the return goods less the original delivery fee upon verification of the returned items.
  5. Refund times shall not exceed 14 days from the day we receive all the items.

B. STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHT - RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Contact Customer Care by sending an email to europereturns@zumba.com.
  2. Your email should include the following information:
    • Your Name
    • Your Address
    • Contact Information
    • Your Order Number
    • Order Date
    • Received Date
    • The items you are returning
  3. A Customer Care representative will respond to you with the address where you should send your return. Returns should be sent using a traceable shipment method to the address provided by Customer Care. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Returns must be sent within 14 days of your email, letter or fax, and the return items must be unused, undamaged, complete and in the original packaging. Your packing list should be included in the return shipment.
  4. You will be refunded the cost of the return goods and the standard delivery fee (lowest delivery fee that we apply to our deliveries) upon verification of the returned items.
  5. Refund times shall not exceed 14 days from the day we receive all the items.

C. DEFECTIVE ITEMS RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. If you believe your items are defective, faulty, or not in conformity with your order, you must notify customer care within 30 days of receipt of your order. Customer Care can be reached here.
  2. Customer Care will make arrangements with you for the return of the items.
  3. Justified defective or faulty items will be fully reimbursed, including the shipment charges.
Nothing in this Return Policy shall affect your statutory rights, including your statutory warranty rights.
