EUROPE RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to all items bought online at zumba.com. Nothing in this Return Policy shall affect your statutory rights.

Zumba Fitness–Europe, B.V., with its principal office located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, provides Zumba® brand product offerings throughout Europe, including the sale of Zumba® apparel, accessories and footwear, and Zumba® DVD products.

This website is subject to the conditions set out on this page as well as to the general website Terms of Use available online at Terms of Use .

GENERAL INFORMATION

Zumba Fitness-Europe,B.V. accepts returns for any reason of all eligible merchandise (see below) purchased on the company’s official website, zumba.com, within the time periods specified below and provides a full refund in the amount of the merchandise purchase price, if conditions are met. Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. does not provide exchanges of any merchandise.

In particular, by purchasing on our website and as further described below, you benefit from:

  1. A 30-day satisfaction guaranteed or money back;
  2. A statutory cancellation/withdrawal right under the EU European Distance Selling Regulations;
  3. A 30-day return right for defective or non-conforming items (not precluding your statutory rights in case of defective or non-conforming items)

A. 30 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR MONEY BACK

Your complete satisfaction is important to Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return eligible product(s) within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery without giving reason, as long as the products are: (1) not used in any way, (2) in their original packaging, (3) in resellable, undamaged condition, and (4) complete. Do not remove any tags or labels when you try on our products. We do not accept returned items unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. reserves the right to refuse items that are returned after the thirty (30) day period or that are not in the same condition you received them. B. EUROPEAN STATUTORY CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. respects the European Distance Selling Regulations, which grant customers in Europe a right to withdraw from an online purchase within fourteen (14) days after the day the item has been delivered. You can return all or part of the order. For orders delivered in more than one shipment, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within fourteen (14) days after the day the last item has been delivered to you. The returned item(s) should be unused, undamaged, complete and in the original packaging. In order to receive a full refund, the return must be postmarked and sent to Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. within fourteen (14) days of your notice of withdrawal. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price for the item(s) as well as the initial shipment charge, (if you have chosen an express delivery method, we will only refund the standard shipment charge). You will be refunded within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the returned item(s). You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned shipment. It is highly recommended that you use a return shipping method that provides a tracking number. Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. cannot refund any packages that we have not received. In the case where Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. is unable to deliver the item(s) within thirty (30) days of the purchase date you will be refunded all costs within a maximum of fourteen (14) days, after such period.

C. RETURNING DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS

You can return products purchased online if they are defective, faulty, or not in conformity with your order. Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. must be notified within thirty (30) days of your receipt of any discrepancy with your order. Upon returning an item, please indicate the reason for your return and a description of the defect. Justified defective or faulty items will be fully reimbursed, including the shipment charges. If you believe that the products received are defective, faulty, or not in conformity with your order, please contact Customer Care to arrange a return under this paragraph.

REFUND POLICY

Products must be verified by Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. before the refund can be issued. All refunds will be in the same manner as the original method of payment, except as provided below. You will be refunded within a maximum of fourteen (14) days. However, please be aware that the speed of the funds appearing in your accounts depends solely on your card issuer and may vary. For returns under the European Distance Selling Regulations, your refund will include the cost of the returned goods as well as the original standard shipping fee. For returns under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, your refund will include the cost of the returned goods less the original standard shipping fee. If your order was purchased using a credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit or debit card account used for that particular purchase. In the event the credit or debit card used for your purchase is no longer valid at the time of refund or your refund cannot be applied to the method of payment used for your purchase, or if the original purchase is more than six months old, refunds shall be provided by Single European Payment Area (SEPA) transfer to via the transfer/bank information you provide to Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. In addition to the refund amount, as required under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. shall also pay for any applicable transfer fees your bank may charge you to receive SEPA transfers. As a result, Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. cannot issue a refund by SEPA transfer until you provide the appropriate transfer information to Zumba Fitness-Europe, B.V. as well as official documentation from your respective bank detailing such wire transfer fees.

Purchases not made directly on zumba.com are not eligible for a refund. This includes third-party purchases, which are not limited to but include purchases made at the Zumba Instructor Convention, any trade shows, events, purchases from a Zumba Education Specialist (ZES) or other retailers/resellers. Returns from third parties must be addressed in accordance to their return policies and will not be processed through zumba.com.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

  1. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the returned item(s) must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of receipt and must meet the conditions listed.
  2. Due to the intimate nature of earrings and lingerie, these items are not eligible for return. Accessories are only eligible for return under your Statutory Cancellation/Withdrawal Right. Otherwise, accessories are not eligible for return.
  3. Any packaged DVD Set is returnable only if all original contents are returned in the original packaging. For example, our packaged Exhilarate DVD set (the Zumba® Exhilarate Body Shaping System DVD collection) must be returned with all DVDs, Exhilarate™ DVD collection program guide and two Toning Sticks.
  4. For all other purchases, merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
  5. Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification. If the returned item(s) does not meet any of the above-mentioned criteria or is determined to not be defective, it is not eligible for a refund.

We recommend you send your return using a secure or traceable method – such as Recorded/Special Delivery – and that you retain your proof of postage. We cannot refund orders if we do not have proof of receipt or dispatch.

DENIED RETURNS

If the returned item is deemed not to meet the above-mentioned criteria, the customer will be contacted via email within thirty (30) days of receipt of the return. At that time, the customer will have the option to pay the standard rate for the shipping cost to send the item(s) back or forfeit the item(s). Instructions will be provided in the email on how to pay the shipping cost. After thirty (30) days of no response to our initial email, the return will be automatically deemed as forfeited. If the customer elects to pay the return shipping cost, packages will be shipped to the original shipping address on the order unless otherwise provided. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the returned package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the shipping carrier.

This Return Policy applies to all items bought online at zumba.com. This Return Policy shall not affect your statutory rights, including your warranty rights applicable in case of defective or non-confirming items.
