Hello! I'm Vera Benedicta Viligiardi, and I live in Switzerland. My hometown is Mendrisio, Ticino, but you can meet me very often in the French speaking part of Switzerland!
I am an engineer and I love computers and technology, but I can't live without sports.
I've been certified Group Fitness Instructor since 2008 (Ecole Club Migros Valais) and I started with Latino Aerobics and BodyToning.
I continued to develop myself and I obtained my Personal Trainer certification in 2016 (IFAS Nyon).
I've been a ZIN™ Member since Apr 2011 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba® Toning, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba Sentao®, Zumba Gold®, Zumba Gold® Toning, Zumba® Kids, Zumba® Step, Zumba in Circuit. My favourite class is Zumba® Toning .
