Socrate, a.k.a Fuego is a licensed Zumba® instructor and owner of PowerHouse Studio in Gaithersburg, MD. In March 2020, he won the USA &Canada Zumba® Next Rising Presenter, a prestigious international recognition indicative of his hard work and talent. As a successful Haitian entrepreneur, Fuego uniquely infuses each business endeavor with the passion that he has nurtured from his youth. He grew up dancing to Kompa, Haitian Folklore, Mizik Rasin, Calypso, Zouk, Soca, Reggae, Reggaeton, Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue. Diverse music and dance have been central to his life, and now he can share both with his clients. Fuego has lead over hundred individuals through their major body and mind transformation with testimonies of individuals losing over 250lbs with his classes, but what people rave about most is his innate ability to light up any room with his contagious passion and joy for dance.
