Hey there! Thanks for visiting my Zumba page! Zumba has literally transformed my life! In 2012 I weighed 260 pounds. Zumba was the one form of exercise that I could enjoy. After losing over 100 pounds I became an instructor. I use my journey to encourage and inspire others. To me, Zumba is exercise in disguise! You don't have to be perfect in my classes. I layer the choreography so that it's easy to follow and modify if you need to. In my class there are lots of noises, singing off key, smiles, and friendships! Join the party!
