Hello! I'm Samantha Lambert, I am the owner of Crossroads Fitness Studio and Boutique in Powell, TN. I teach Zumba, Zumba® Toning, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba Sentao®, Zumba Gold®, Zumba® Step and Strong by Zumba ™. In addition to my classes at the studio we also teach Barre, PiYo, Sculpt&Burn Pilates and Holy Yoga.
