Hello! I'm Rita Ashton, and I live in Santa Monica, CA.   I have been in the fitness field as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for almost 30 years!!  Zin member since March 2008, time flies when you are having fun!  I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party!  The music is fun and  I will make sure you get a great, safe work out.....cardio for sure, but don't worry all your muscles will get a chance to work!   Zumba is truly "Exercise in Disguise"  I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba Gold®.  Come join my party, I guarantee you will have a blast!  Classes live on Zoom.
