Hey! Nice to see you here - do spend a moment taking a look round.
I've detested (a) organised exercise and (b) enforced fun all my life. They all seemed so false.
But I always loved hitting the dance floor out with my friends, no matter how dodgy the moves. You'll rarely find me without music on at home, and it's always a mashup of styles and flavours.
Which is why Zumba fitted so well for me. A class for all sorts of people from all walks of life, having fun and getting fit all at the same time.
Sneaky exercise. Or, health by stealth.
Whatever your motivation - losing the pounds or escaping reality for an hour - these classes are here for you. Let me know which parts of class you prefer and which you liked less, it's your hour and we can tailor it!
