Hey, I'm Olga! I absolutely love teaching Zumba Gold classes. There's nothing like the natural high you get from moving your body to a variety of zesty Latin and spicy Indian music - and having fun with my Zumba Gold community! Your mission is have FUN, keep moving, ENJOY the music, and modify the moves to YOUR body. Just lose yourself in the moves and the grooves! It is NOT about "getting it right"!
