Hello! I'm Nikki Reed, and I live in Monmouth, Gwent. I've been a ZIN™ Member since Jun 2017 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. My classes are suitable for all fitness levels and provide a complete workout for your mind as well as your body!  You don't need to be a great dancer, I'll bring the moves and the music.  We also turn the lights out and use disco lighting as this helps remove those inhibitions and adds to the party atmosphere.  I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Kids and Kids Jnr.
