Hi, I'm Kat, and YES... I LOVE Zumba® fitness!! I encourage everyone to try it regardless of your age or fitness level. Zumba® is truly a FUN way to bring activity and positive energy into your life.
How did I get started??? One night I followed my mother to her Zumba® class and I was hooked from the very first toe tapping beat.
Now I'm lucky enough to team teach in Halifax, NS, with my Zumba® Mami, Bobi. ;)
Together we are Team BobKat and we love sharing our passion for fitness with others.
