Hello! I'm Karen Pohorecki, and I live in Whitesboro, NY. I've been a ZIN™ Member since Oct 2011 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. I teach Zumba toning class on Friday evenings right after work - dancing just starts the weekend off the right way! I am also a personal trainer and health coach. My focus is helping middle-age/older women adapt to the many health challenges they face such as menopause, weight gain, hormonal imbalance and arthritis. I strive to help every participate to feel welcome, comfortable and successful! Come, join me on this journey to be the best you can be!
