I teach Zumba fitness and Zumba Gold classes in High Wycombe, West Wycombe, Lane End and Flackwell Heath, check this page for dates and times. The classes are full of Latino flavour and rhythms, they are a full-body workout with dance and fitness moves.

You can also enjoy my Pre-Recorded video classes - Zumba fitness, which is medium-impact, and Zumba Gold, which is low-impact. Just Register and check what time the video will be available from, then you'll have 24-hours to enjoy your class. So, if the video is available from 10am today, you can watch it until 10am tomorrow. 

I'm Jennifer and I live in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, UK. I love dancing and music, especially Latino rhythms because of my Colombian and Portuguese roots. Zumba fitness: Great Latino songs from South America, we'll do some Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Samba, Bachata and much more! The class is medium intensity. 

Zumba Gold: also includes Latino rhythms along with other international rhythms, such as Disco, Swing and Soca. This is low-impact. People new to Zumba are welcome :)
