Hello! I'm Gloria, an Italian national who moved to London, England in my twenties. I've been a ZIN™ Member since Feb 2017, I am a qualified Group Trainer (L2 GTM), a licensed Zumba® Fitness and Zumba Gold® Instructor, and a certified Aerolatino® Fitness Instructor. 
In 2021, I was a finalist at the National Community Fitness Awards and I received the Runner Up award for the Community Impact Project 2021. This award recognises an instructor or business who have devised a project for community benefit using physical based activities. I used Zumba® related activities to positively impact the physical and mental wellbeing of my local community throughout the lockdown period.
I obtained my Active IQ L2 certificate in Group Training in 2021. This qualifies me to support behaviour change and healthy lifestyle, plan and instruct group training sessions to music, deliver safe and effective group training sessions.
In 2022, I obtained my Zumba Gold® licence. This is perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original well-loved Zumba® moves at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. This class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
My motto is to help you let loose and achieve your health goals on another level: Zumba® is fun, effective and made for everyone! It is pretty much the most awesome workout ever… a fun filled dance-fitness revolution and I absolutely love teaching Zumba® classes. The reason is simple: every class feels like a party!
