Hi my name is Eve and teach Zumba Fitness in Penryn and Falmouth.   I discovered Zumba in 2007 and became instantly hooked on the music, energy and atmosphere. It was unlike any fitness class I'd ever attended and I just knew I was addicted!  At the time there were only three or four instructors in the whole of the county and I was quite prepared to travel far and long to get to a class!    I was inspired to become a fitness instructor through inspiration from my Zumba instructor and started teaching in 2009 after studying to get my fitness instructor stripes first. In 2010 I started the first Zumba Classes in Newquay. Not knowing what to expect and if anyone had ever heard of it.... well I was blown away by the enthusiasm. The biggest reward of teaching Zumba is that it provides a format that is adaptable to all abilities, fitness levels and ages. We just get stuck in. I am constantly inspired and challenged by participants who never cease to amaze me with their sense of fun, energy and appetite for more. Being qualified exercise to music teacher I have taught a variety of group fitness formats and Zumba is the one that is closest to my heart.
