I am teaching Zumba® on Tuesday and Zumba® Toning on Thursday mornings at Total Health Club!

Outdoor Aqua Zumba® classes will begin in late June. Registration will begin soon with the East Hartford Parks and Recreation department.

Prerecorded classes are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Great for active older adults, beginners, and anyone who wants a fun low-impact workout, Zumba Gold has all the energy people love in a Zumba class, without any jumps or spins. Progressions allow you to customize your dance workout to the level that’s right for you.

Get the same great Zumba dance workout with an extra focus on upper body strength. In Zumba Toning classes we use light weights, 3lbs. or less, to engage biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and back muscles. You can use hand weights or Zumba Toning Sticks, which are specially designed to serve as both weights and musical instruments similar to maracas.
