I strongly believe that fitness can and should be fun and enjoyable! I make it a point to lead Zumba® classes that are fun and easy to follow for everyone.
I want you to feel welcome in my classes, whether they are virtual or in-person, and never feel judged or intimidated. Have fun, get lost in the music and have a great workout.
There is no right or wrong in Zumba®; as long as you are moving and having fun, you are doing it right.
I have pre-recorded Zumba® classes available for you 24/7, and I teach in person in beautiful Birch Bay, Washington.
