Hi! I'm Catherine and I LOVE Zumba. I have always enjoyed dancing to  feel-good music and so when I went to my first Zumba class it was like it was invented for me!!! Zumba is just FANTASTIC!!! Now that I'm an instructor (since Aug 2016) I love being able to share it with so many more people. I love finding fun songs and routines to make an awesome class for you. 

Zumba is for everyone, whether you enjoy dancing your heart out or just fancy a good workout with a smile on your face,  I guarantee you'll have a wonderful time. It's an hour of feeling free, living in the moment and getting beautifully sweaty!!! I believe Zumba is a great motivator too, as well as being good exercise it can make you feel happy and positive and get you through a bad day. My job is make sure you have a great hour and make you smile, it's like a party every week!!

I live in Wendover, Buckinghamshire but teach locally and love attending other Zumba classes locally too. There is an incredible Zumba community we have to inspire us and motivate us and this is important for me to learn and grow as an instructor so I can create a better class for you.
