Hello! I'm Ashleigh Mota-Medeiros, and I teach Zumba classes Dartmouth, MA and in the surrounding areas. I've been a ZIN™ Member since Aug 2010 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. It’s truly my soulmate workout - I used to have a background in dance and now I love working out AND the magic of group fitness - it’s the perfect combination. I also love music of all kinds, so being able to move to global rhythms is just the best. I am currently licensed to teach Zumba®, Zumba Kids & Kids jr. and Zumba® Toning. Come join me, I guarantee you will have a blast! My classes are always a judgement-free zone: you do not have to be a dancer and there are plenty of ways to interpret the moves. Got questions?
