Hello! I'm Ana Deshaies, I teach Zumba in Northern VA and Washington DC. I LOVE to dance since I was a child and would watch other dancers as I grew up. Zumba give me the opportunity to believe I am one of those dancers for one hour, I burn calories and I pretend I’m JLO. Every class I give 100% of my passion to others which is contagious and we are all able to get an amazing workout in addition!! Can’t wait for you to try my class 😘
