I attended my first Zumba® class in 2012, when my third child was about five months old. I'd been feeling really down about myself, and a good friend suggested I give it a try. I was hooked after just one class! Zumba® was so much fun! I loved learning new dance moves, listening to different styles of music, and meeting new people. And at the risk of embarrassing myself ...
I loved feeling like a smokin' hot diva on the dance floor. It actually helped me lose a lot of postpartum weight, tone muscles, and boost my self-esteem. After becoming friends with some of our local instructors, I took the ZIN™ plunge in September 2013 and became an instructor myself. I started my own classes in Grand Valley and Shelburne in January 2014.

Can't dance? That's okay! All that matters is that you're moving and having fun. Our classes are suitable for beginners and Zumba® stars alike, so no experience is necessary. Participants can modify the moves and intensity as needed, and are encouraged to challenge themselves in every class.
