Hello, my name is Megan (she/her/they/them) and I have enjoyed being a Licensed Zumba® Fitness Instructor and a member of the Zumba Instructor Network (ZIN™) since September 2012. It is truly the "Exercise in Disguise" Workout, and they aren't kidding when they say, "Every class feels like a party!"
I'm a firm believer that there are two types of people in the world: Ones who love Zumba® Fitness, and those who haven't tried it yet. My classroom is *ALWAYS* a judgment-free zone- and no matter your size or ability, you are welcome to join us.
I teach for a variety of fitness levels and especially try my best at incorporating low impact modifications.
You don't need to know how to dance- you just have to come with a passion and willingness to try something new and to have fun.
