Lisa is a MS, RD, CSSD, and LMHC. Since 1983, Lisa has built a global integrative sports nutrition and performance practice, consulting to Olympian, professional, collegiate, and junior athletes. Lisa formerly served as Director of Graduate Program in Nutrition for Health and Human Performance at the University of Miami, Sports Nutritionist for the Hurricanes athletic teams, and as an instructor in the Department of Kinesiology and Sport Sciences.

Dr. Barnard is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, and President of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
