Description  Take part in our charity STRONG by Zumba Challenge, a 1 hour high energy workout, working through 4 Quadrants to 'push you to the limit'. A full-body, bodyweight workout that conditions your muscles with a combination of cardio and plyometric exercises. For anyone and everyone that likes (or doesn't like!) a fitness challenge. FORGET WHAT YOU CAN'T DO, BECAUSE YOU CAN!! Raise money for 2 fantastic charities by giving 1 hour of your energy and time...and we promise you'll have fun!!
