Dance to the Beat 4 Hearing and Speech supports the Old Salem Sertoma Club of Winston Salem. SERTOMA stands for SERvice to MAnkind. We support the hearing and speech impaired communities. The Old Salem Sertoma club partners with the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools to sponsor a Summer Speech Program. OSS along with other Sertoma clubs sponsor a summer Deaf Camp.
