A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
This class is run on a week-to-week basis and pre-registration is required as class space is limited. Social distancing is enforced and all participants are screened. This class is currently full, please contact me at info@suzifevens.ca to be added to the wait list as more spaces become available.
