Zumba Gold Fitness is a fun and simple dance-fitness workout which offers low-impact and easy-to-follow moves to zesty Latin and spicy Indian music. Ideal for active older adults and low fitness participants. This free activity is funded by Brisbane City Council under Council's Active and Healthy Program. IMPORTANT: Not all dates are funded by Council, so an $8.00 class fee applies on these dates: 22-29 Sept 2022, 15-22 Dec 2022, 5-19 Jan 2023, 6-13 April 2023, 15-29 June 2023.
